We are currently seeking a Senior Beauty Therapist / Salon Manager with a minimum of two years’ experience in salon management and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in growing and developing the business.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client and team relationships.

● The ability to think strategically, adapt, and respond to the changing needs of a growing salon.
● A proactive, self-motivated, can-do attitude with robust initiative and enthusiasm.
● A professional, well-groomed appearance that reflects our business and brand.
● Flexibility to work weekdays, one evening per week and Saturdays as required.
● A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
● Experience in social media, marketing, and business growth strategies (highly advantageous).
