Lost is a next-generation entertainment studio that co-founds companies with celebrity-creators. Bringing strategy, capital and creative under one roof, Lost turns the audiences of its talent into a universe of brands, content, IRL experiences and ventures.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Brand Experience Manager to own the delivery of talent-led brand partnerships across YouTube, social media, personal endorsements, memberships and more—for both Australian-based and global clients and brands. You'll manage client relationships end-to-end—briefing our content team and talent to ensure brands are represented as required, managing day-to-day client communications across time zones and markets, and preparing post-campaign reports. You'll also be the first line of triage for inbound campaign enquiries.
You’ll be the connective tissue between our content and sales teams.
This is a startup role. You'll work closely with our Head of Commercial to help architect and design the delivery processes and brand experience for a client and talent base that spans local and international markets.
Ideal applicants will be located in Sydney, but if you meet the criteria and are located in Australia please apply. This is a hybrid role.
What You Will Do
1. Campaign & Account Management
- Own the end-to-end delivery of talent-led partnership campaigns for Australian and global clients, from post-sale handover through to final reporting.
- Manage multiple concurrent talent-led campaigns (YouTube, social, personal endorsements, memberships, etc).
- Keep campaigns on time and on brief, flagging risks early and solving problems before they reach the client (accounting for different time zones and market nuances).
- Contribute creative and strategic thinking to campaign concepts—not just executing what's sold, but shaping how a partnership comes to life.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for brand and agency clients once a partnership is sold.
- Manage client communications throughout the campaign lifecycle, adapting style and cadence for local and global stakeholders, and setting clear expectations.
- Build trusted relationships that support renewals and surface opportunities for revenue growth and future collaboration.
3. Studio & Talent Briefing
- Translate client and campaign requirements into clear, actionable briefs for our content team and talent, accounting for market-specific nuances and expectations.
- Ensure brand guidelines, deliverables and messaging are accurately represented in content.
- Review content and campaign outputs against brief before they go to the client or go live, managing all feedback and approval rounds).
4. Enquiry Triage, Sales Support and Studio Liaison
- Monitor and assess inbound enquiries for talent campaigns, qualifying and routing them appropriately.
- Bring creative and strategic input into pre-sale ideation and RFP responses—shaping partnership concepts alongside sales, content and talent as required.
- Help keep talent availability, capacity and campaign pipelines visible across teams.
5. Reporting & Process Development
- Prepare post-campaign wrap reports,
tracking performance against KPIs and client objectives.
- Partner with the Head of Commercial to design and refine delivery processes, templates and ways of working that scale across markets.
- Contribute to a client experience that reflects Lost's standards for quality and service.
You Will Likely Have
- 5+ years' experience in client services, account management or campaign delivery within media, digital media, talent/influencer marketing or a related field.
- Experience working with both local and international clients or stakeholders, and comfort managing communications across time zones.
- A strong understanding of the creator economy, social platforms (especially YouTube) and branded content, ideally across multiple markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief clearly and manage client conversations with stakeholders at all levels—including the tricky ones.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple concurrent campaigns and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
- A creative, strategic mindset—you can spot the compelling version of a campaign idea and explain it, not just execute a brief.
- A collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
- The ability to adapt to change quickly: you’re energised by building something and not unsettled by a fast-moving startup environment.
