About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of complex business and technology transformation initiatives within a large and dynamic enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a highly consultative Business Analyst who can confidently engage with senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, analyse business needs, design future-state solutions, and drive service improvements. The successful candidate will bring robust experience across business transformation, solution design, service design, process improvement, stakeholder management, and requirements elicitation.

This is not a traditional Agile delivery-focused BA role. Instead, it requires a strategic thinker who can work across discovery, solutioning, business process redesign, and customer-centric service transformation.

- Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation
- Service Design & Business Transformation Process Improvement & Solution Design
- Testing & Implementation Support

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 10 years' Business Analysis experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience across a diverse range of transformation, systems implementation, digital, process improvement, and organisational change projects.
- Strong experience in solution design and solutioning activities.
- Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Experience creating user stories, wireframes, process maps, screen mock-ups, and functional specifications.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.




- Proven experience documenting As-Is and To-Be process models.
- Experience developing system integration and interface specifications.
- Experience supporting solution demonstrations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and executives.

Highly Desirable:

- Proven experience applying Service Design and Human-Centred Design methodologies.
- Experience facilitating customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and customer experience improvement initiatives.
- Experience working within large, complex, regulated environments.
- Exposure to digital transformation, customer transformation, or enterprise service improvement programs.
- Previous experience within Victorian Government departments, agencies, or public sector organisations.
- Experience within the Healthcare or Health Services sector.
