An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a large, complex organisation undergoing significant transformation. This newly created position will play a key role in establishing and leading a Business Analysis capability within a dedicated IT/OT project delivery function.

This is more than a traditional Business Analyst role. We're looking for someone who is recognised as a subject matter expert, enjoys mentoring others and is passionate about lifting Business Analysis capability across a project portfolio.

The Opportunity

Working within a newly established project delivery team, you'll partner with technical specialists, project managers and business stakeholders to deliver strategic technology initiatives spanning both IT and Operational Technology environments.

You'll also take ownership of developing and leading a Business Analysis Community of Practice, driving consistency, best practice and continuous improvement across the function.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business analysis activities across a portfolio of complex technology projects.
- Establish and champion a Business Analysis Community of Practice.
- Mentor and coach Business Analysts, providing leadership and technical guidance.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and shape solutions.




- Facilitate workshops, process mapping and requirements elicitation.
- Drive best practice BA methodologies, standards and governance.
- Support business case development, solution evaluation and organisational change initiatives.

About You You'll be a seasoned Senior Business Analyst who combines strong delivery capability with the ability to influence, mentor and lead others.

You'll ideally bring:

- Extensive experience delivering complex technology projects.
- Experience working across enterprise IT environments, with exposure to Operational Technology viewed favourably.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring Business Analysts or leading a BA practice or Community of Practice.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Strong requirements gathering, process improvement and business transformation experience.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing capability.
