Senior Business Analyst required who has worked on a Student Management System implementation, this is a requirement for this role.

Your responsibilities:

- Senior Business Analyst with demonstrated experience leading business-driven discovery and delivering process outcomes, including: Eliciting and documenting business requirements and user needs (workshops, interviews, process walkthroughs).
- Drive current state business process understanding and process transformation/creation, with the ability to identify gaps, pain points, risks and opportunities.
- Designing future-state processes and supporting process transformation/creation, collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management: able to work autonomously, move quickly, and adapt to different stakeholder styles and priorities.




- Facilitation skills to drive alignment across business and technology teams (clarifying questions, option assessment, impact analysis, dependency identification).
- Comfortable producing transparent artefacts (process maps, requirements, decision logs) and maintaining documentation
- Data uplift, compliance and governance.

Your skills:

- Must have experience working on a Student Management System as a Business Analyst/Project Manager
- Working in Education is a requirement for the role
- Strong training and change management experience
- Working on current and future state
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
