FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading telecommunications organisation and support the delivery of a major new Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) program. This role will focus on business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement and supporting the delivery of technology solutions across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business analysis activities across a large-scale technology delivery program
- Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners to define solutions and drive outcomes
- Gather, analyse and document business, functional and system requirements
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping and stakeholder discussions
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation
- Analyse processes, identify improvements and support future-state solution design
- Collaborate with architects, delivery teams and SMEs through design, testing and implementation
- Support operational readiness and successful delivery outcomes
- Manage requirements,

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex technology initiatives
- Robust skills across requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement and documentation
- Experience supporting technology transformation, system implementation or business improvement programs
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, CRM or workflow solutions
- Exposure to customer platforms, service delivery, provisioning or operational systems
- Experience within telecommunications, utilities or other service-based industries
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and technical outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience supporting MDU, fibre, connectivity or large-scale infrastructure programs (highly desirable)
