Senior Business Analyst | Darwin Based | 12 Month Contract

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major digital transformation initiative delivering complex business and technology outcomes within a large enterprise environment. The role is based in Darwin and requires an individual who can operate confidently across business, technical and stakeholder groups.

This role is best suited to someone who:

- Has 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
- Has led requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder workshops and business process improvement activities in complex environments
- Can translate business requirements into clear, actionable outcomes while identifying gaps, risks and opportunities
- Is comfortable working alongside Project Managers, technical teams and vendors to deliver outcomes within tight timeframes
- Has experience supporting testing,



validation and implementation activities across the project lifecycle
- Can manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and high-profile deliverables simultaneously

Highly regarded experience
- Software integration projects
- BPMN 2.0 or equivalent business process modelling frameworks
- Government sector environments
- Finance system or financial transformation projects

What success looks like You will be expected to:
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Produce high-quality requirements and business analysis artefacts
- Manage requirements traceability
- Support testing and solution implementation
- Deliver documentation aligned to project governance frameworks
- Influence outcomes through strong analysis rather than authority

Key This is not an entry-level Business Analyst position.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have demonstrated success delivering business analysis services on complex, enterprise-scale projects , can work autonomously, and are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.

Location: Darwin, NT (relocation required if not currently based in Darwin)
