How do you sell a client on energy savings they can't see yet?

You don't. You guarantee them instead. That's what sets this role apart.

We help commercial property owners reduce operating costs, improve asset performance, and deliver energy efficiency and decarbonisation outcomes, backed by financially guaranteed projects. Rather than asking clients to take the risk on projected savings, we carry that risk ourselves. It's a different conversation to have, and it's why this role exists.

Most experienced BDMs already know how to get a meeting. The harder part is having something strong enough to keep the client listening once you're in the room.

This is a senior, relationship led role. You'll need to be comfortable in front of owners and executives, and confident turning a conversation into a commercial opportunity.

It is not a real estate role, and you do not need to be an engineer.

Your focus will be to:

- Build trusted relationships with building owners, operators and senior decision-makers
- Create opportunities through networking, referrals and direct engagement
- Understand each client's commercial, energy and sustainability priorities




- Lead opportunities from the initial conversation through to agreement
- Work independently while drawing on experienced technical and delivery teams

Your background could be in property, facilities management, skilled services, finance, sustainability, technology, infrastructure, building services or another relationship driven industry. Deep technical knowledge is not required. What matters is your ability to build credibility, open doors, understand commercial drivers and develop long term client relationships.

- $120,000–$150,000 base salary, depending on experience and existing network

- Uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of $220,000–$260,000+
