Our state government client is hiring Senior Change Analyst . The role manages the implementation of operating model changes to ensure they are effectively adopted, sustained and integrated into business operations. The role is responsible for delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of the Program or project.
The position is responsible for managing stakeholder expectations about the railway program or project, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.
Key accountabilitie s• Develop change deliverables and activities for the Program to support leadership and program outcomes (Business Case, Delivery)
.• Manage and implement change activities for the Program or project to support leadership and to ensure successful implementation of the program
.• Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments using Change Methodologies (i.e. PROSCI/ADKAR) to support change management activities
.• Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in conjunction with leadership to document and communicate change activities
.• Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess changes and impacts to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program or project objectives are fit for purpose
.• Manage stakeholders, identify and manage issues and risks relating to stakeholders and report to the Program Change Lead on the performance of stakeholder management against agreed plans to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and proactive issue resolution
.• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery and to understand and manage the impacts of the change and project implementation plan
.• Work collaboratively with all operational business groups to understand current and future state and to ensure business requirements are translated into documentation
.• Execute safety responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities consistent with safety management system requirements which are defined in SMS document number SMS-02-RG-3058
.• Driving project deadlines and milestones to the required standards and targets whilst ensuring the needs of stakeholders are considered and accounted
.• Working in a complex business environment currently undergoing significant change
.• Working in an industrially sensitive operational setting. Provide advice and contribute to decision making regarding projects and issue s• Escalate issues and propose solution s• Receive guidance and provide regular updates on projects, issues, and priorities. Guide, support, coach and mentor team members in change management methodologie s• Support team members and work collaboratively to contribute to achieving team outcomes
