- Location – Newcastle, Raymond Terrace, Maitland, Cessnock, Singleton, Muswellbrook, Kurri Kurri, Scone
- Ongoing (Full-time & Part-time) and Temporary (Full time & Part-time)
- Temporary roles may have an opportunity to become fulltime
- Clerk Grade 3/4, base salary ($87,199 - $95,482), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role You will provide complex administrative services to meet statutory obligations and deliver high quality and professional services to clients and stakeholders of a court registry. The role supervises staff, allocates resources and provides ‘hands-on’ training and guidance. You may be required to perform some quasi-judicial and procedural functions. What You’ll Do In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Providing complex and high-quality administrative services within a court location
- Liaising with a wide range of internal and external clients
- Preparing accurate court orders, reports and correspondence
- Supervising, guiding, training and providing support to a team
- Effectively allocating resources to achieve daily goal
- Managing complex inquiries and provide procedural assistance to clients and staff including
- researching, interpreting legislation, policy and court procedures

- Ability to meet the demands of a high pressured and fast paced work environment
- Ability to react quickly to changing situations and make important decisions utilising strong problem-solving skills
- Experience managing, developing and motivating a team
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and demonstrated ability to apply relevant court policies/procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management and organisation
- A professional demeaner
