Your new company A progressive commercial construction firm renowned for delivering iconic projects nationwide is currently seeking an accomplished and motivated Senior CA or Contracts Manager to strengthen their dynamic team on the Gold Coast.

Your new role

You will play a critical role in managing the full contract life cycle to handover of a high-profile commercial development in the Southern Gold Coast.

- Draft, assess, and negotiate contractual agreements with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Establish and maintain clarity around contractual responsibilities, ensuring full compliance throughout the duration of the project
- Administer and oversee variations, time extensions, and claims in alignment with legal requirements and commercial best practices
- Track contract performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders on contract status, risks, and financial exposure

What you'll need to succeed

- Degree in Construction Management, or related field




- Proven experience in managing commercial construction contracts.
- Experience with health or government contracts is highly desirable.
- Experience in software's such as Procore and Jobpac.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
