In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with leaders across the organisation to provide industrially sound advice.About the roleYou'll partner with managers and supervisors to deliver sound, defensible solutions that promote fair, consistent and timely outcomes across the organisation.You will provide high-level advice and support across a broad range of employee relations matters including:Complex case managementInterpretation of awards, agreements and policyRepresentation in consultative forumsPreparation of sensitive correspondence, reports and briefingsAdvocacy in matters before the Queensland Industrial Relations CommissionData analysis and workforce insights to support decision-makingAbout youWe're seeking a collaborative and adaptable professional who can confidently build relationships, navigate complex workplace matters, and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.To be successful, you will bring:Experience providing employee relations,
industrial relations or complex case management support in the federal or state jurisdictionStrong written communication skills and the ability to prepare complex correspondence and reportsKnowledge of workplace legislation, industrial instruments and employment frameworksExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentA commitment to delivering professional, ethical and respectful customer service outcomesTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Law or a related discipline will be highly regarded.Why join QCS?Queensland Corrective Services plays a critical role in keeping communities safe through rehabilitation, integrity and professional excellence.
