About the rolePermanent part time opportunity to provide person-centered, evidence-based care that empowers individuals to achieve their communication and swallowing goals. This position offers the chance to provide complex clinical interventions, support less experienced clinicians, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to make a meaningful impact on clients' recovery and quality of life.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:Deliver high level Speech Pathology clinical services across a variety of caseloads in a community based rehabilitation setting in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.Provide high level clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors and relevant service managers regarding service delivery, equipment, technology and the prioritisation and development of Speech Pathology clinical servicesAccountable for the provision of leadership within a legal, professional and ethical framework that ensures contemporary patient care and staff management practices.Exercise independent professional clinical judgement in providing Speech Pathology clinical services of a complex nature where principles, procedures, techniques or methods require expansion, adaptation or modification,
