The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our Wholesale Distribution team. In this role, you will provide vital sales support, execute client campaigns, and coordinate key events to drive business growth.

This is a dynamic position acting as a key conduit between our Wholesale Distribution and internal departments, offering an excellent pathway for professional growth within the financial services sector.

Key Areas of Responsibility





- Provide high-level support to Wholesale Distribution Directors to facilitate the sales cycle.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reporting and track business development activity metrics.
- Act as a reliable liaison between distribution team and key internal departments, including Marketing, Finance, Client Service, and Compliance.
- Coordinate with marketing event teams to plan and execute key industry events.
- Lead post-event follow-ups and execute dedicated sales call programs to nurture leads.
- Assist with external sales activities and client meetings in close conjunction with the Wholesale Distribution team.
- Professionally represent the brand and assist in identifying new business opportunities.

Selection Criteria

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the Financial Services sector (experience in a current Business Development or Sales Support role is highly regarded).
- Industry-recognized qualifications are preferred (RG146 compliance is highly desirable).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Strong intellect, high integrity, and exceptional attention to detail.
- A self-starter who can work autonomously with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
