Role Overview

Registered Nurse – Home Care

Location: Casino and surrounding areas

Salary: Competitive rates + 12% super + salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum.

Responsibilities

- Deliver clinical care in the home environment supporting clients to stay living in their homes and connected to their community
- Embody a person‑centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual’s unique goals and preferences
- Ensure thorough clinical assessment, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of care delivered
- Organise and conduct case conferences and maintain open communications with clients, families, carers and authorised representatives
- Effectively prioritise client needs in collaboration with other medical and health professionals as required

Qualifications

- Current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights
- Valid driver’s licence and a licensed, comprehensively insured, road‑worthy motor vehicle
- Valid police check or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, verified prior to commencement
- Excellent communication skills,



both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision‑making
- Ability to work efficiently by optimising technology use and prioritising time across caseload
- Compassion, empathy and advocacy for clients
