Centacare North Queensland is seeking a Case Manager in Mount Isa to provide outreach, information, advocacy and linkage to housing and support services. You will work with individuals and families impacted by homelessness or housing insecurity, using an assertive outreach model and maintaining compliance with program policies.
The role requires a degree in Social Work or related field (or Cert IV+ with experience), a current Driver's Licence, and willingness to work flexible schedule.
