This full-time Victorian (Northern) Territory Manager role with Roberts Designs International Pty Ltd provides an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts across this region. It includes the North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Effectively negotiate contracts and close sales
- Provide regular sales reporting and forecasting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, operations and customer service teams
- Participate in trade shows, conferences and other industry events
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the Building industry
- Solid business acumen and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within your territory
