The Role
We're looking for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join our growing team, delivering a variety of maintenance, renovation and construction projects across Brisbane. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, coordinate day-to-day site activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead carpenters, apprentices and subcontractors on site.
- Complete quality carpentry across maintenance and construction projects.
- Coordinate daily site activities and communicate with project managers.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Maintain WHS compliance and high-quality workmanship.
- Mentor apprentices and support the wider team.

About You To be successful, you'll have:

- Trade qualified Carpenter.
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Carpenter.
- White Card and current Driver's Licence.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
