What you’ll do
- Lead a critical transformation project focused on improving pharmaceutical operations, ensuring that all activities align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Work in partnership with senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of the project while adhering to all relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure continuity of operations.
- Monitor project performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges,
and areas for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders throughout the project duration.
- Engage with external partners and vendors as necessary to support project objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project scope, leveraging best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members, enhancing their skills and contributing to their professional development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact project execution and organizational practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex projects that have had a measurable impact on business outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing the healthcare sector and the ability to navigate compliance challenges effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A relevant degree in a field such as healthcare management, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
