Are you an experienced appointment setter who knows how to build rapport, ask the right questions and convert conversations into quality appointments?
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people and has a proven track record of booking appointments over the phone. This is not a high volume call centre role. We are looking for someone who understands the value of quality conversations and can confidently engage with clients interested in property, finance and wealth creation.
Ideally, you'll already have experience working within the mortgage, finance, property, wealth, banking or real estate industries.
About the Role
You'll be speaking with warm enquiries and existing databases, qualifying prospects and booking appointments for our senior strategy team.
Success in this role comes from building trust, asking great questions and creating genuine interest, not using high pressure sales tactics.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Experienced in appointment setting with a proven track record.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone all day.
- Educated or experienced within the property, finance, mortgage or wealth industry.
- Highly organised and able to manage follow ups effectively.
- A excellent communicator who knows how to build rapport quickly.
- Self motivated, driven and enjoys working towards targets.
- Professional, reliable and takes pride in producing quality work.
- Hungry to learn, improve and be part of a growing business.
What You'll Receive
- Competitive base salary of $55,000, + super + a generous uncapped commission structure.
- Realistic on target earnings of $80,000 to $110,000+ for high performers.
