Your Role
As aECSP, you will deliver high-quality services and driving clinical excellence.

To deliver interventions to NDIS participants children aged 0-9)



and their families that lead to positive, life-changing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As aECSP, your primary responsibility is to provide consistent, family-centred support to children with developmental delays, disabilities, or autism, and their families. This role is integral to early childhood intervention services, ensuring that support is tailored to the unique needs of each child and delivered in a way that is practical and meaningful within the family’s daily life.

Leadership & Growth

By focusing on both professional development and personal growth, the program ensures that Key Workers are well-equipped to support children and families effectively.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with all regulations and organisational policies.

Maintain accurate patient records and drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Act as the primary liaison between the speech therapy team and other stakeholders within our .

Foster effective communication within the team, with patients and families, and represent the department in interdisciplinary meetings
