About the Role:

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will begin in a supportive role with the opportunity for rapid progression to managing your own portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

- A mature and positive "can-do" attitude
- Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships
- A reliable car and a valid driver's license
- Preferably some experience in Real Estate
- An Agent's Representative certificate




- Familiarity with Property Me is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Available to work on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tenant & Landlord Liaison: Communicate efficiently, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
- Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Routine Inspections and Entry/Exit Processes: Assist with property inspections and manage entry and exit procedures.
- Tenancy Applications: Process and assess tenancy applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties to assist in the smooth operation of the Property Management team.
