Resi Owners Corporation Management is seeking a passionate Junior Strata Manager to join our supportive team on a full-time basis in Scoresby, to grow their skills and step up to become our next strata manager.

Duties & responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to inbound communication from clients to resolve issues as they arise
- Organise and chair annual general meetings
- Prepare budgets and ensure owners understand their financial statements
- Managing quotes for required repair and maintenance work
- Review and liaise with owners in arrears
- Conduct property inspections across metro Melbourne to ensure common areas are well-maintained, bringing any issues to the owners' attention
- Progress to become a ‘jack of all trades’ by expanding your knowledge base on insurance, budgeting, and finances
Experience & attributes:
- Previous relationship management or property manager experience is required
- No additional qualifications or formal study required
- An open mindset and an enthusiastic approach to the role
- Eagerness to learn and expand your skillset
- Strong relationship building skills to become your clients’ go-to person
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex issues
