Box Hill Institute is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead procurement projects, provide expert commercial advice, and strengthen procurement capability across the organisation. This role partners with leaders across the Institute to deliver value-for-money outcomes, manage risk, and ensure best-practice procurement governance.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end procurement and tender processes
- Provide expert procurement, contract management and probity advice




- Drive procurement governance, compliance and continuous improvement
- Manage complex and high-value procurement projects
- Build strong stakeholder and supplier relationships
- Deliver reporting, spend analysis and strategic insights
- Coach and uplift procurement capability across the Institute

What You'll Bring

- Significant procurement and contract management experience
- Strong knowledge of Victorian Government procurement frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving capability
- A passion for governance, continuous improvement and delivering results

Qualifications/requirements

- A relevant Degree in economics, finance, business, procurement, or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of qualifications, expertise and experience is highly desirable.
