Our client in Melbourne is seeking a solid Sommelier with a passion for delivering guests the best dining experience. You will report to the Head Sommelier and manage wine service, costs and guest interactions in a premium setting.
The role requires 2-3 years of sommelier experience in high-quality venues, a warm, composed manner, and a WSET II/III certificate (or equivalent). Availability for nights, weekends and public holidays is essential.
