Our team consists of dedicated professionals from Management, Business Development, Trust and Administration, Property Managers, Inspections Consultants, Compliance Officer and Saturday Inspection hosts, all united in delivering outstanding Property Management services.

As a Relief Property Manager, you’ll support teams during periods of leave, peak workloads and overflow across our offices in Blackburn, Canterbury, Balwyn North and Doncaster East. Depending on the team’s needs, you may provide relief for a Property Manager by temporarily managing their portfolio, or provide relief for an Inspection Consultant by completing open homes, routine inspections and condition reports.

When you’re not covering a specific team member, you’ll assist with inspections and other property management tasks as required.

This role suits experienced Property Managers who enjoy variety and flexibility,



as well as Assistant or Junior Property Managers ready to step into a Property Manager role without taking on their own long-term portfolio just yet. You’ll deliver seamless service to landlords and renters while gaining exposure to different portfolios and team structures.

This contact position offers Monday to Friday working hours, with the flexibility to work from home two days per week.

To be successful in the role you will:

Have minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management

Demonstrated excellence in organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills, coupled with proactive and detail-oriented qualities

Ability to adhere to established processes in both theory and practice

Understanding of Residential Tenancies Act

A valid Agent's Representative Certificate

A driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
