We’re on the lookout for an energetic, suitably qualified, motivated Barre Instructor!
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Group Exercise Instructors to work with a great team. If you think you are a star performer packing classes with your passion, skill and with ongoing support, then Ascot Vale Leisure Centre is for you.
Our instructors must be qualified in their chosen field such as;
- Barre
- Pilates Mat
- Yoga specific
Skills and Attributes:
- A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills
- Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL).
- Willingness to complete Freestyle Instructor course if required
- Working with Children's Check
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Relevant Program Certification ( eg to Reformer, Yoga, Barre, Boxing, Pilates etc )
- Prepared to participate in in-house training
- Current fitness registration with Aus Active or relevant body preferred
- Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
- Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
- Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
