Your mission

As a Parts Interpreter you will facilitate Spare Parts and Accessory sales to existing and prospective Hiab customers. Interpret parts requests from end users and to oversee a broad range of clients, inclusive of dealers and retail clients and Warranty Management.

Key responsibilities

- Work as part of a team to manage the local parts holding and Van stocks for staff
- Ensure interactions with clients are timely and quotations are provided promptly
- Keep abreast of market initiatives and share with the team as appropriate
- Participate in Annual Parts and Accessory Marketing Campaign development
- Ensure the best freight option is selected to achieve: Desired eta’s, Minimise Freight Cost, Reduce risk of damage
- Proactively work with our accounts team and clients to establish trading accounts where possible
- Ensure Cash sales are processed in accordance with company guidelines
- Promote and Administer Hiab’s proprietary e-commerce platform – Webshop
- Warranty Management.

What we are looking for

- Minimum Year 12 or equivalent




- Previous experience in a similar role
- General understanding of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems - not essential but preferred
- General logistical understanding would be held in high regard
- For the right candidate training could be provided if required
- Customer relationship and customer service skills
- Good IT skills and previous SAP experience would be highly regarded.
