CPM Engineering is a well-established engineering and fabrication business based in Gympie, now part of The Davey Group, a diversified Queensland manufacturing, fabrication, and construction group. As we grow our operations, we are looking for trade-qualified Boilermakers and Sheet Metal Workers to join our workshop team.

The Role

As a Boilermaker or Sheet Metal Worker, you will be responsible for:

- Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications
- Fabricating and welding steel components to a high standard
- Working across structural steel, plate work, and/or sheet metal fabrication
- Maintaining quality and accuracy in line with specification
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or Sheet Metal Worker
- Proven experience in a fabrication or workshop workplace




- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- A current driver's licence
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
