DVA Community Nursing is asignificant part of the care we provide, alongside services delivered throughthe Support at Home Program and other community-based care pathways.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven,energetic and relationship - led Growth Partnerships Lead to grow Harwell’s DVACommunity Nursing services.
You will spend your time buildingtrusted relationships across hospitals, general practices, specialist andallied health services, veteran networks, community organisations and otherhealthcare channels.
You will also identifyopportunities across aged care, Support at Home and Harwell’s broader communitycare services, connecting people with the service that best meets their needs.
We don’t believe in hard-sellingcare. We do believe in being visible, creating opportunities, following up,staying connected and making it easy for people to choose Harwell.
This is not a passiverelationship - management role. You will own a growth pipeline and beaccountable for referral activity, conversion, client growth and Harwell’spresence in new and existing markets.
You will be persistent withoutbeing pushy, commercially focused without losing sight of the person, andhungry to deliver meaningful results.
Reporting to the Chief Innovation& Growth Officer, you will join our Innovation & Growth team and playan important part in expanding Harwell’s community nursing footprint.
What You’ll Get Stuck Into
- Growing awareness of and referrals to Harwell’s DVA Community Nursing services.
- Building genuine, trusted relationships with hospitals, GPs, specialists,
allied health providers, veteran networks, community organisations, case managers, discharge planners and other referral partners.
- Getting out into the market - meeting people, attending events, developing networks and making sure the right people know who Harwell is and what we can offer.
- Learning what matters to veterans, prospective clients and referral partners, and clearly explaining how Harwell can support them.
- Identifying regions with strong growth potential and developing practical plans to establish Harwell within local healthcare and veteran communities.
- Owning and actively managing a client growth pipeline, including referral activity, conversion rates, growth targets, CRM records and performance reporting.
- Following opportunities through from the first conversation to the client successfully commencing services. A warm introduction is great; a great client outcome is even better.
- Staying connected with referral partners, seeking feedback and making sure the Harwell experience lives up to what we promised.
- Identifying opportunities across Harwell’s broader services, including aged care and Support at Home, where these services meet the client’s needs.
- Working closely with our Care Concierge, clinical and operational teams, Marketing & Brand and other internal stakeholders to make sure opportunities don’t disappear into a black hole.
- Balancing growth with service capacity, clinical quality and client needs so that Harwell grows thoughtfully and sustainably.

You may come from businessdevelopment, sales, healthcare partnerships, community nursing, medical orhealth services, DVA, hospital engagement, aged care, home care or anotherreferral-led environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, referral engagement, relationship management or market expansion.
- A demonstrated ability to build trusted healthcare or community relationships that convert into measurable client or business growth.
- The commercial drive and initiative to create opportunities, develop new markets and consistently follow through.
- Confidence managing a pipeline, tracking activity, working towards targets and reporting on performance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- The ability to balance commercial outcomes with client needs, clinical quality and organisational values.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple regions, relationships and opportunities simultaneously.
- Confidence using CRM systems to manage pipeline activity, performance and follow-up.
- A willingness to travel regularly to meet referral partners, attend events and build networks.
Experience in DVA CommunityNursing, veteran healthcare, community nursing or healthcare referralenvironments would be highly advantageous.
Experience working withhospitals, GPs, specialists, allied health providers, discharge planners, casemanagers or veteran organisations would also be highly regarded.
Experience or establishednetworks in aged care, home care or Support at Home would be an additionaladvantage.
