Are you passionate about luxury vehicles and ready to launch a rewarding career in automotive sales? CUPRA Essendon Fields, part of the prestigious Zagame Automotive Group, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Cadet to join our dynamic team.

You’ll accompany customers through the discovery,



acquisition and ownership of our products, instilling passion and providing in-depth expertise tailored to every customer.

A CUPRA Sales Cadet needs to be a committed, passionate and energetic person with dynamic customer service skills and a flexible approach to your working environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Support the Sales team in delivering exceptional customer service
- Learn the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to delivery
- Assist with vehicle presentations, test drives, and showroom displays
- Build product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest product innovations
- Help ensure a premium experience for every customer

What We’re Looking For:

- A genuine passion for automotive and luxury brands
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s licence is essential
