Logistics Supervisor / Team Leader - Truganina

The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Logistics Leader to drive the performance of our warehouse and logistics operations. You'll lead a team of 10–15, coordinating the movement and storage of goods, delivering high quality consumer ready products, and ensuring our processes are safe, efficient, and cost-effective.

Rotating roster which will include every second weekend on Dayshift

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve operational and safety targets.

Manage rosters, allocate tasks, and ensure effective use of resources.

Oversee timely and accurate delivery of goods to internal and external customers.

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.

Support safety, wellbeing, and process improvement initiatives.

Manage budgets, stock, and operational costs effectively.





Build strong cross-team relationships to resolve issues and drive efficiency.

About You

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics/supply chain operations.

Proven track record as a Logistics Team Lead, ideally with experience in automation/robotics.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Logistics Team Leader.

Strong understanding of safety, quality, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.

Excellent people leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Agile, outcomes-focused, and ready to thrive in a dynamic, high-performing workplace.
