We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to join our expanding Roofing Division. If you’re an experienced roofer or carpenter ready to step off the tools and take on more responsibility while still staying close to the work, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Site Supervisor, you’ll coordinate and oversee roofing installations on-site to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting builders and subcontractors on-site
- Conducting pre- and post-installation inspections
- Completing site measures and assisting with work scheduling
- Maintaining strong safety and workmanship standards
- Troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues
- Providing technical guidance where needed




- Managing job documentation and reporting through system apps

What You’ll Bring

You’re a hands-on, solutions-focused professional who understands what it takes to keep work running smoothly on-site.

Ideally you will have:

- Trade qualification in Roof Plumbing (preferred but not required)
- Proven roofing experience (metal, fascia, guttering)
- Experience supporting or stepping into site coordination responsibilities
- White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- A reliable and proactive work ethic
