Graduate IT Support & Automation Analyst

At Acoem Australasia, we're looking for a curious graduate or junior IT professional who enjoys solving problems, helping people and finding smarter ways of working.

You’ll spend most of your time supporting our internal team with day-to-day IT requests while learning how to automate repetitive business processes using scripting, low-code tools and AI technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

Approximately:

70% IT Support

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 internal IT support
- Set up laptops, desktops and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot Windows, Google Workspace and Microsoft applications
- Assist with user onboarding, offboarding and access management
- Resolve hardware, software and network issues
- Create simple user guides and knowledge base articles

30% Automation & Process Improvement

- Learn scripting and automation tools
- Help identify repetitive manual tasks across the business
- Build simple automations for spreadsheets, forms and workflows




- Work alongside our IT Manager to improve internal business processes
- Explore how AI can improve productivity

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has recently completed (or is about to complete) a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Enjoys solving technical problems
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys helping people
- Is curious about automation, scripting and AI
- Loves learning new technologies
- Can manage multiple priorities while staying organised
- Has a positive, proactive attitude

It would be outstanding if you also have exposure to

- Windows desktop support
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Server or Active Directory
- PowerShell, Python, JavaScript or similar scripting languages
- Low-code automation platforms
- Basic networking concepts

Don't worry if you don't tick every box, we're looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
