We are seeking an enthusiastic Breaks Cover Educatorto join our team atAlamanda Kindergarten.

Alamanda Kindergarten is a modern, purpose-built kindergarten located alongside Alamanda College in Point Cook. Our team of nurturing and experienced educators deliver high quality and inclusive three and four-year-old kindergarten programs that help each child realise their potential. Our educators will partner with families – a child’s most important educator – to develop a play-based learning program that builds on childrens interests and capabilities. In turn, children will develop vital social, emotional, physical, language and cognitive skills. Even more importantly, our educators will ensure children are safe, secure and happy while in our kindergarten.

This is a part time, ongoing position working 4 hours per week on a Wednesday from 12pm to 2pm and Friday from 11am-1pm.

About you

- You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
- You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
- You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
- You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
- You value kindness and respect.
- You have outstanding knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
- You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.
