We’re currently looking for a reliable, experienced Cook / Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help us continue delivering consistently great food in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for running your own section and contributing to daily service and prep, while maintaining high standards across food quality, safety, and consistency.

- Running a section during service with confidence and efficiency
- Daily food preparation and cooking to a high standard
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and temperature controls
- Portioning and quality control




- Monitoring and maintaining kitchen equipment temperatures

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

- Has 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced pub or similar kitchen
- Holds a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or 3+ years’ experience in lieu)
- Can work independently and under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Takes pride in producing well‑executed, consistent food
- Has strong organisation and communication skills
- Works well in a team and can help guide others when needed
- Is solutions‑focused, proactive, and calm during service
- Holds a Food Handling Certificate
- Is available for nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Has full working rights in Australia
