With full training provided, our client is looking to expand their busy and very skilled team with a role in property management. Working alongside two Senior Property Managers, as well as administration and leasing support, this position would make an ideal move for those working on reception, leasing or assistant property management positions.

Overseeing a small portfolio, the role will provide full training in all aspects of property management and would make an ideal move to a fantastic and very supportive team.

Based in Melbourne's Inner CBD (Collingwood Area) these corporate offices are lovely and the company is slightly different from everyday residential real estate, also having project marketing departments, finance teams being heavily involved in property development. Therefore,

The Head of Property Management provides a lovely team environment and the opportunity for continual growth in this large, corporate office. With excellent procedures, as well as the most up to date technology and software this helps to provide as much support for their team as possible.

A generous salary of up to $70k + super will be offered on commencement, with growth to come.
