JTA Health, Safety & Noise Specialists is looking for an energetic Junior Account Manager to join our growing team.

This is a great role for someone early in their career who is confident speaking with people, enjoys learning, and wants the opportunity to earn commission while building real business skills.

You do not need technical experience. We will train you.

You will work with incoming leads, follow up quotes, make outbound calls to clients in key industries, and keep in touch with your client base to identify new opportunities. Over time, you will build your own portfolio of clients and learn how to manage relationships, negotiate work and support projects through to delivery.

- Resilient and willing to follow up
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Organised, coachable and keen to learn

This role may suit someone straight out of school, recently finished uni, or coming from hospitality, retail, sport, customer service or call centre work.
