ASKIN Performance Panels Group is the largest manufacturer and installer of insulated, fire-rated and architectural façade systems, roofing systems and temperature controlled facilities.
We are seeking a hands‑on and experienced machine operators for our manufacturing line. This role is ideal for someone who has machine operation experience with leading a team and wants to work within an ambitious business.

About the Role
You will work closely with the Line Supervisor to:
Operate and assist with setting up the panel production line
Monitor product quality and troubleshoot issues
Assist with loading coils and preparing raw materials for production
Ensure glue systems and materials are correctly set up and flowing
Maintain production records and follow work orders
Support changeovers and end of run clean ups
Perform basic maintenance tasks and report breakdowns
Ensure safety compliance and encourage safe work behaviours
Support continuous improvement and efficient workflow
This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, customer focused and able to lead by example.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
A minimum of 3 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience (Panel/Extrusion preferred), FMCG or the Print industry also considered.
Solid understanding of safety and quality requirements
Good mechanical aptitude and problem solving ability
Ability to follow procedures
Team player who enjoys working with others
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
