The Department of Health Tasmania invites applications for the Clinical Nurse Consultant - Community Health Nursing West Coast (CNC - CHNWC). Based in Rosebery with travel to Queenstown, Strahan, Zeehan and Rosebery, you will lead community-based care and collaborate with nursing, medical and allied health teams.

You will coordinate staff allocations, promote best-practice standards, and support education and quality improvement while engaging with stakeholders and ensuring high-quality patient
