About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help lead the team and bring the Harris Scarfe experience to life – creating a warm, welcoming store workplace and delivering on sales, service and team culture.
- Support the Store Manager across all areas of the business
- Lead by example – setting high standards in service, safety and presentation
- Train, coach and support your team to build skills and confidence
- Oversee stock handling, merchandising and compliance processes
- Support a collaborative and inclusive team culture
- Make every customer interaction count – every day
