Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Completion of an appropriate tertiary qualification with Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status and membership with the Australian Property Institute (API) (mandatory).
- Knowledge of the Valuation of Land Act 1960 and relevant legislation, regulations, and standards governing valuation advice by the Valuer-General (mandatory).
- A current driver’s licence (Mandatory),
with experience in Rating Authority Valuations, government valuations, valuation systems (such as VMonline), and land administration processes.
Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
Relevant pre-employment screening and reference checks will berequired.
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
