You will manage chat-based support, billing inquiries, and data imports for small businesses, while building product knowledge to resolve issues quickly.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to surface insights, improve processes, and ensure high SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.
