Invested Talent is proud to be partnering with one of the largest and most recognised names in global asset management to help further their buildout their ETF distribution capability in Sydney.

Our client is a genuine global powerhouse across investment markets, with deep institutional relationships and a brand that opens doors on its own.

They are now pivoting hard into ETFs, building out a platform from a low base with serious backing and intent behind it. This is a true build phase, foundations are being laid now, inflows are already growing, and the upside for whoever takes this on early is significant. You will be a key asset in the team and help to grow and shape how the platform and products scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales to achieve and surpass net and gross sales targets across the ETF platform
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and service existing ones through digital led engagement
- Act as an internal ETF subject matter expert across the broader teams
- Support senior leadership on product development and management initiatives
- Partner with the sales channel to formulate and execute long-term, consultative business plans




- Maintain deep knowledge of the firm's products, platforms and strategies
- Run and follow up on client activities including one-on-ones, group sessions and educational seminars
- Build strong relationships with prospects, clients and stakeholders across your territory
- Contribute to strategic goal setting and budgeting for your territory
- Feed market and client insight back to leadership on product demand and satisfaction

To be considered

- Bachelor's degree required; CFA and/or MBA highly regarded
- Minimum 5 years' industry experience with direct ETF exposure (issuer, broker, market maker, platform or asset manager)
- Demonstrated experience across ETF distribution channels including platforms, advisers and broker networks
- Robust grasp of ETF mechanics, trading, liquidity and capital markets
- Self-motivated, results-driven, comfortable working autonomously and in a team
- Strong CRM and sales tool familiarity
- Excellent communication skills, credible in front of financial advisers
