About the role
As our Client Services Officer, you will work closely with the Moore Wealth Advisers team to provide high-quality administrative and client service support throughout the advice process. You will play an important role in supporting client engagement and onboarding, coordinating documentation and helping ensure advice, review and compliance activities are completed accurately and on time.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Supporting internal client engagement and the onboarding of new clients
- Assisting with pre-advice development and preparation for advice approval meetings
- Coordinating client review preparation, including data collection and document collation
- Completing accurate client data entry and maintaining up-to-date client records
- Supporting ongoing compliance and review requirements
- Preparing documentation and information required for client meetings and reviews
- Liaising with advisers, clients and internal stakeholders to support the timely progression of work
- Completing ad hoc administrative and client service tasks as required
This is a varied role that requires strong attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities. It would suit someone looking to build a long-term career as a Client Services Officer within wealth advisory.
About you
The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and committed to providing a high level of service to clients. You will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while working both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a client service or administrative role within financial planning, accounting or professional services would be advantageous; however, is not essential. Confidence using Microsoft Office and experience with professional services practice management systems will also be highly regarded.
