CSO/CSM (Pathway to Adviser or Operations)

The Prospect

As a key member of the team, you will provide support to advisers and clients while gaining exposure across all aspects of the financial planning process.

Responsibilities may include:

- Managing client communications and relationships
- Preparing and processing client documentation
- Assisting with implementation of advice recommendations
- Liaising with product providers and external stakeholders
- Managing review workflows and client meetings
- Maintaining accurate client records and compliance requirements
- Supporting advisers with day‑to‑day administration
- Assisting with business operations and process improvements

About You





We are open to speaking with candidates at various levels, including experienced CSOs, Senior CSOs, CSMs, Associate Advisers and Financial Planning Administrators.

You may have:

- Experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
- Exposure to Xplan or similar CRM systems
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- A genuine desire to build a long‑term career in financial planning
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
