jobr.pro is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative to handle roadside assistance calls. You will be the first point of contact, reassuring members and providing guidance.

This role offers a full-time permanent position with flexible hybrid working options and extensive training. Candidates should be empathetic, with a solid background in customer service, and able to thrive under pressure.

The position comes with great benefits including 5 weeks annual leave and various allowances.
