About the Role

Permanent full‑time Enrolled Nurse positions within the Rehabilitation unit at Braeside Hospital, Prairiewood. Must have completed the mandatory medication‑administration module and be prepared to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality nursing care and advice to patients.

About You

- Experience in Rehabilitation or a genuine interest in working in this specialist area.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Ability to work a rotating roster.
- Experience and qualifications in the relevant specialty or discipline.
- Experience working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and other language skills.
- Willingness to travel between HammondCare sites and services.
- Sound computer skills.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy and patience.
