About you To be successful, you'll demonstrate:

- Proven Design Management experience with a recognised head contractor
- A track record delivering projects valued at $80M+
- Strong exposure to high end or luxury apartment developments, with mixed use or premium commercial experience also highly regarded
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across consultants, clients and delivery teams
- The ability to lead design coordination from concept through to completion while maintaining programme, quality and commercial outcomes
