Senior Estimator / Strong Estimator

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate cost plans, BOQs and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications and subcontractor pricing
- Manage RFQs and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare tender clarifications, scope reviews and value engineering solutions
- Run multiple tenders concurrently while working to tight deadlines

About You

- Minimum 5 years’ + of estimating experience within Australian commercial construction
- Strong experience pricing fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Able to independently manage tenders end-to-end
- Government or defence tender experience
- Experience with CostX, Cubit or similar estimating software
